2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

6. Refunds

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
